SchenkTech ("we", "us", or "our") built Fulcrum ("the App") as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App.
Fulcrum does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App runs entirely on your device and does not require an account, login, or any personal data to function.
Fulcrum integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Game Center account information beyond what Apple provides through the standard Game Center interface (such as your player alias and scores).
Fulcrum supports optional iCloud sync to keep your progress consistent across devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. iCloud is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Your game progress (level completion, scores, gems, and settings) is saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server and is not accessible to us.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
